Hey, There are thousands of important steps that we should take, and it's actually something that is not worth it if you don't approach it properly (each and every step). As the owner of a multipurpose agency, and someone who helps people on a daily basis, I say this a lot: make your mindset perfect first. Most people might say, 'he's just saying something,' but this actually determines how much you are willing to do. Make your mindset perfect and just start doing it! If you need anything, let me know. I just wanted to make sure you are on the right path before you start and that you truly understand if you actually want to do this! Conducting market research, Develop a detailed business plan, Obtain necessary licenses and permits, (👈this is the lengthy step) Choose a prime location and set up your outlet.
