Hey, Actually I was wondering the same thing! But answer will actually shock you, There are many startups who are actually working on that particular projects of organic farming. And there are literally many Unique Selling proposition for them some of them are (actually just naming major ones for your clear understanding. )The most important of all is (Environmental Sustainability) this is the reason why most of the people choose it for farming.(Certification of being organic) It actually works very easily if there's a person selling a organic product and other selling normal one, which one will be the one from which you actually buy the fruits or vegetables? In simple words it's driver of of the sales for them. And also when we have that certificate and we also have tag of Healthy and Wellness Product. Actually you might have heard of a simple sentence it's a marketing sentence ( Farm - to - Table) So this is also a identifier of how everthing is going to be transported.
