May be reverse policy. Lets say u dont have health or mediclaim ur family visit the hospital lets say bill is 50000 one can go to ur app and ur app can give money of 50000 n a person can pay in emi in 12 to 24 month. Here in mediclaim whatever be the case u have to pay from the pocket. Something of that sort
