When adults feel stressed or tired, it's easier for them to get distracted. Being mentally and physically tired makes it hard for them to focus and ignore things that might pull their attention away.

We are programmed to be distracted since child hood. We were specifically trained to not focus on single thing for more than 40 min. Like each and every period. Our minds are trained to move from one to other for whole 15-24 years of life. And reels have reduced that duration to seconds.

I believe this isn't a distraction but rather a mindset where people still think things will work out the same way they did for our parents' generation: with a job, family, and traditional life. However, some of us reject this norm and feel that others might be the ones who are actually distracted.

First thing people aren't so focused on goals.Even if they try to there are lot of limitations. Instagram and other things add up to it.
