My trending feed has post 2-4 months old while almost all my post goes trending in max 2 days. Can anyone explain??

i keep seeing posts that are more than 3 months old in my feed. Are people posting less or is it algo issues? for every single recent post, i see 2 posts of 3 months old

Why too old posts are getting recommended now? Like 2 to 3 months now, I am commenting on them thinking they are recent🫢
