Being productive everyday is hardest thing right ▶️.... Since from last 3,4 days I was too lazy and wasting all my time on Instagram and YouTube with useless content consumption, But here the thing is, it not even hitting 🎯 my dopamine level. Yesterday night one of my friend called me and we talked about lot's of stuff , at that moment that call became my wakeup call to me. Today I hit workout and I feel so confident and Iam back to work now. Even small talk's with your closest one can may become wakeup call to you. I you feel depressed or very low or extremely bored then talk about it to your closest one or with your loved one. Ok guy's have a great day.
