Investing when the market is down can be a good strategy, but it doesn't always work out for everyone. Some people may not have the right information or might panic and sell too soon. So, while having money is important, making wise decisions and staying calm are also key factors.

Sometimes this plan backfires remember last year when crypto market was btc went to 30k, many people applied the same theory and invested in it and it went to 16k booom 50% capital lost in some weeks although the one who bought it at 16k are living happily so investing in a down needs deep analysis too
