Bangalore interesting so here's an idea Get a loan and Buy a flat worth around 70lac to 1 cr and invest around 20 lac from your side Now put it on rent avg rent can be from 20k to 30k or around 2.5lac to 3lac revenue per annum and about the bank loan let's assume a interest rate of 9% so for a flat of 80 lac you have taken a loan of 60lac you have to pay around 76k every month that is 25k from rent and 50k from your side in 10 years the loan will be settled and u have a flat worth more than 1 cr
