How do you start building a startup on the side, while working a full time job? I've heard a lot of people say it all comes down to determination, that if you are willing to put effort into it and give up whatever eats up time in your life, you can do anything. But in this scenario, my 9-5 what eats up time in my life and I can't afford to quit just yet. I meet with my small team of three every weekend (we all have full time job) and you can physically see the toll it's been taking on us. If you've been in similar shoes as startup founder, how did you handle it?

It's all about time management and dedication. My team and I meet up on weekends and get work done. Sometimes it's working at night too if I get some time.

Weekends are key, but also try to find small pockets of time during the weekdays. Even 30 minutes here and there can add up. Also, automate or outsource tasks where possible to save time.

Night shifts, man. I used to work on my startup from 10 PM to 2 AM every night after my day job. It was brutal, but if you're passionate, you can find the energy. Just make sure to manage your health and don’t burn out.
