Study more about Fonts, Font palette and color palette combinations. For example on the baige background your grey sub-text is barely readble. You have used the grid system but make sure to understand the spacings more. For example the spacing between Apartments and “I’m looking for” is not consistent with the overall design.

It's good but the Background is making it basic.... You just need to change background solid colour theme with fancy house images 👍🏻(kind of dark aesthetic looks)
