In my point of view, utilizing SEO can be a valuable approach to determine the viability of a startup concept before investing in it. By researching if people are using relevant keywords on Google related to your startup idea, you can gain insights into the potential demand. If your product can rank well on Google, it increases the chances of people easily discovering your website through their searches.

The best way to determine the business idea is viable or not by knowing the TAM & how well you can monetize the value Proposition you provide to your customers.

To some extent yes but not very reliable. The best method imo is to simply talk to customers and research if there is market or not if yes how big it. Which you can find with doing some calculation.
