Developers, So I actually want to know few things about app development and working with non scripting languages like python, c, java etc. 1) Like there is the use of CSS for designing a web app or website, how are apps specifically designed? Do you have options like css for designing app, I do know baiscs about app development, like you can use react native or Java. But then how are the things like navbar or maybe the footer, lets say the images are adjusted/ designed? 2) So like we have sites and then we have apps. When someone says he is a python developer. What does that mean does he make apps using python or what does a developer of specific language do, like lets say someone is a java developer, So we know about sites and apps, only being a developer of specific language means that you build apps and sites or except sites and all you do have other things to do with languages and solely being a langauge expert, but I am not talking about ML and data science here.
