Which branch is better CSEBS OR CSEDS?

I am in a trap in which I don't know what specialization is perfect for me in btech

Can somebody say which is better BTech in food technology or BTech in food science or either b.tech in food science exist or it is a BSc course or BSc in food technology exist..
