My startup idea came from listening to complaints and suggestions in my industry. I started small, tested my concept with a minimal viable product (MVP), and iterated based on feedback. Challenges were plenty, from funding to scaling, but believing in the value I was providing kept me going. Pay attention to what people around you are talking about!
