Initially, let's say you are going to build a JEE/NEET coaching-based startup. You need to hire a person who is good in the subjects and has at least 5-10 years of teaching experience. Additionally, a developer also needs to be hired. With the contributions of these two roles, you can build a good product/service for users/students. Any changes related to the technical part will be informed by the technical person, and then these changes will be implemented in the system by the developer. However, one thing is very important: whenever you are hiring for any role, you should at least have some idea about the work. This includes understanding how much time it will take and the difficulty level of the work. Otherwise, anybody can take advantage of your lack of knowledge.
