I already have a company of digital marketing and now I am starting a clothing company On the digital marketing I own 100%. But now I am thinking to start the clothing business with a co founder! What's your opinion on my desicion.. He will be a idea partner I have already invested the money required just a person needed to help me managing the company! If I start the company with him/her How much equity I should share with them? I am thinking of 80/20! What's your openion?
