Actually govt. Hospitals are already provinding the same.(In Karnataka). There is one govt hospital in and village(grama) but not in every small one

SSKM Kolkata is set to become the 1st Government hospital in West Bengal to introduce robotic surgery. UK based Cambridge Medical Research has secured the tender to supply robots worth ₹6.5 cr. Hope more government hospitals follow suit.
