India have Lakhs of unemployed engineer's but why they are not doing anything related to hard tech ?

China is producing it for cheap and conquered market. Their government don't have green rules and High tax for production. Government should force our companies to use minimum 60% of hardware made in india to support Indian hardware industry. Most of the make in Indian companies just export from china and assemble here. It's just a makeup India mode.
