Hi everyone, I need a help or suggestion As I am preparing for CAT exam this year but at the time of interview at next year my gap year would increase upto 2 years (graduated 2023). As I had given CST last year also got 78%Ile but it was enough for good college. It will be so tough to get any good college with 2 years of gap. Can anyone refer me to any type of Jobs it can be minimal & also salary is not important. I had experience in content creation & strategy, Can write articles (Political), Can communicate in English. And please give any suggestion what to do now or is there any other way which can work for me.

2 year is enough for a gap year, whatever matters now don't waste any of the time on entrance, just get into some college or a job

No offense man, but a 78%ile on CAT isn't exactly stellar. Maybe focus more on upping your game for the next attempt instead of worrying about job gaps?

I get the concern about gaps, but you've got legit experience under your belt already. Play that up in interviews and rock your prep - the timeline won't matter as much as you think.

Dude, you're overthinking this way too much. A 2-year gap is nothing in the grand scheme of things. I took 3 years off after undergrad to figure stuff out and still landed a great job. Just own your story

Have you considered freelance writing or content creation gigs? With your background, you could easily pick up some side hustles to fill the gap and make some money while prepping for CAT.
