I agree with what you said, but fallen trees and uprooted electric pillars have nothing to with the city's infra... I all had impact coz of the heavy rains(first time after 133 years) no one could have predicted that.... Moreover infra and deforestation of trees come hand in hand and bengalurians dont like to cut trees. So its hella situation fosho

Definitely! Bangalore infra. is in super dwindling state, I left that city due to its shitty infra, traffic and landlords 🥲 and that's the best decision of my life.

You are connecting R(Road) problem with a statement about S(Startups). What are you proposing here? 1. Gaurav should not say that BLR is the best city to startup 2. Something has to be done about trees falling on roads during heavy rain I dont see the link here, startup ecosystem being connected to road infrastructure during critical weather conditions

It seems u don't understand the difference between startup/business ecosystem & public infrastructure! Of course the image is necessary, Govts have to worry about it & I don't think it has any effect on startup world!

The ecosystem plays the important role and make banglore the ideal place... Considering the mismanagement of roads and other resources is a part of every tier1 city, but it has its advantage which we can't ignore

This city’s infrastructure is a joke. How are we supposed to maintain productivity when we can’t even get to the office without dealing with this mess?

Gaurav Munjal is just hyping Bangalore because it benefits him. The reality is the infrastructure is crumbling, and no amount of tech innovation can fix that overnight.

Bangalore has its problems, but it’s still the best place for startups. The network, the talent, the energy—no other city comes close. We just need to keep pushing for improvements.

I recently moved to Bangalore for work, and while the job opportunities are great, the daily commute is a nightmare. The city’s infrastructure needs a massive overhaul to keep up with its growth. Otherwise, people might start looking at other cities for opportunities, aur aisa toh hai nahi ki yaha ke log are making it hard for people to leave.. 90% people, if given a similar opportunity would leave

As someone who grew up here, it’s sad to see the city in this state. The rapid growth hasn’t been matched with proper urban planning. We need better policies and more investment in public infrastructure to keep pace with the city’s development or avoid making one aspect about the city so attractive that outsiders keep flocking in and complain :/

I feel you. Bangalore has so much potential but the infrastructure is holding it back. It’s frustrating to see such a vibrant tech hub struggling with basic issues like this. The government really needs to step up and make some serious improvements.
