I guess vision can be one of the good factor in a founder but skills are much more important. It's more like 'a blind man is a good Archer'(cause he is skilled).

In my opinion, a founder's vision is extremely important, regardless of their skills. It acts as a driving force behind innovation, resilience, and decision-making. While skills are important, a compelling vision can inspire others, attract resources, and create a sense of purpose that goes beyond individual capabilities.

I believe you have to have a bit of experience in the field of your startup , or maybe someone who has the experience and the skills in that field whom you can partner up or can work under you Don't get me wrong vission is important but most of the time it's just shooting in the dark or mental masturbation.

"Unskilled Visionary founder " is day dreamer, "Skillfull Visionary founder" is killar combination, he can achieve anything he want😉..

I get that vision is important for rallying the troops. But let's be real, a lot of "visionaries" are just good storytellers without any substance

Vision is cool and all, but I'd take a founder with decent skills and ability to execute over a visionary daydreamer any day of the week
