Maintain a small number SKU/ recipies. 3 of which can be most popular recipes and maybe 2 that are targeted towards people wanting healthier recipes (think of fruits and high protein nuts recipe). Sell these with the cart model. Valid what recipes sell at what volume and how it impacts wrt geography and demography. Give it 2 years minimum to have enough data points (this duration is sufficient to understand how people perceive waffles, my understanding is even if the product is sold at reasonable cost, waffle is registered in our heads as a premium food category).

I have an idea regarding this. See, uh, there are many people outside doing this buisiness but we can make it a little more special by adding an element to this buisness. Our target is college students and colleagues who work at the same place.

Start a good waffle cafe near a College and make sure it is affordable and you can expand slowly.

See zudio statergy it is in near H&M and quite affordable for most of people also it gives good quality and experience. Try to find place near colleges or schools.

I think you should open a small stall in any area you are interested in(for a week or so) To check the product market fit...

In my opinion you should start a Waffle cafe at good place. Here you can provide more waffle complementary goods, increaseing your ARPU. And it's also depends wheather you want to sell premium waffle or waffle for mass public of low cost.

That's great and sustainable business. Please don't go with cafe and qsr model . Always create your own cart and after this you can directly take place in tier 1 malls. Target teir 2-3 cities for instant hit and always create buzz around your cart.

Waffle cart is a something different in india we usually don't see waffle carts like vada pav, pani puri carts. by maintaining good hygiene and serving them as a street food , if you design good money model and strategy it could be game changing
