You should. Approach offices, construction sites and offer central air cooler installations. First draw out a plan with your father, that how much resources will have to be spent to chalk this out. First is resources and people. And your father would have enough technical knowledge to scale it. Just plan, research on chatGPT, or preferably through perplexity or claude. And nail it!
