I have seen in a few apps, now including medial, there’s an option to report a post even for the person who posted that said post. Is there any reason for giving this option? Am I missing to see the reason, because it makes no sense for me.

I am quite familiar with that term. But then I wanted to know the reason, like making sure that the option is available for others but not the person who posted will take more time to code? Or is it some other reason? I wanted to know the if there is
