You are correct but, they are using AI only for a part of the process. What I am trying to do is to bring AI to the entire process. The purchasing and claiming of insurance will be AI chatbot based. Only the customer support will have a human touch.

Not possible to setup ai for entire process because according to my experience whenever someone claiming insurance they need to give some proof and after that insurance company ground staff and management personally check all these things because of High amount transaction and it's a very risky process. Nobody wants to use AI for little process and forcefully adding AI on everything creates cluttering experience
