You are saying that because you are targetting the already saturated freelance online global market. You need to go offline to find your freelance clients, send out emails to local outlets offering improvements / online presence, once you get some clients and actually complete their work then ask them for reviews on Linkedin or any other platform thus growing your online presence to then later gain the audience as well.
