why medial app showing "error" while posting my idea in a showcase tab!

I am trying to post an idea but it's showing me an error. Attaching the picture from the landing page where I am getting an error. Medial team please assist

This medial app is good. I am really tired of Instagram and Facebook showing useless content and brain rot. I love Medial

Is this is a issue, or intended, that a user is not allowed to cancel the Medial Subscription, even from APP and even on tring with Gpay it is showing error, I raised this issue on Medial as well, but no revert
