Some Founder has misconception is that, If they are building a brand that already exists in the market and they are new in that domain. then first you need to copy your competitors. then you can start building your features. (Go to the top and change the rule.) Some of the founders thought that we would start building all the features at the same time. This is the first step of the crash. I need your response, what do you think?

Building all features at once is definitely a mistake. Prioritize features that provide the most value to your customers and give you a competitive edge. Start small, iterate, and improve based on feedback. Scaling too fast without a solid base is risky.
