The problem is you need api access for this and they do not provide API to newcomer like for OlA your app should atleast have 50k downloads . So you won't be able to build this. That is the major problem else the idea is good and if properly implmented can attract some user. I have seen one app which offer this feature but when tried out it looks they stopped working on the idea as app has a lot of bugs and there last update was 8 months ago.

Try to get api access, maybe with a bettet approach you can get the api access and build this
