No, funding requires proper paperwork bcz shares and other things need to discussed properly and make offical document of it. You can get funds normally but you won't be able to perform it as other companies. It will count as normal money you have recieved of any use. And seed funding is generally not easy they often requires atleast MVP and Company registered as private limited.
