recently I tried project idx from google. the goal is great but integration with user pc is 🤡. I face so meny problems that's why I come back to vscode. although I will use it for flutter development I think that will be great as they offer emulator on high-tech hardwares. if you are building some web apps then use normal but for app development go for project idx. but you have to learn it a little bit like how to connect with you repo create workspace things like that. i am also learning.
