One potential gap I see is on the patient acquisition side. How much do they spend on marketing to attract users? Building the supply side with docs and hospitals is one thing, but they'll need a constant inflow of new patients to really scale. Maybe an opportunity to get creative with partnering on corporate wellness programs or insurance partnerships?

I wonder how much the B2B partnerships (labs, hospitals, etc.) contribute versus the B2C fees from patients? Those B2B deals could be quite lucrative with revenue-sharing models. Though maintaining those relationships and dealing with bureaucracy is probably a challenge.

Good point on the telemedicine potential! I could see online consults becoming one of their biggest revenue drivers. Lots of docs likely prefer the flexibility of doing some virtual visits. Practo's cut is probably pretty modest per consult but could really add up with volume.

Practo's multi-pronged revenue strategy is smart - charging on both the supply (doctors/hospitals) and demand (patients) side. The subscription software is a nice recurring revenue stream. I'm curious how much the online consultation fees contribute as that seems like it could be a big growth area as telemedicine adoption increases.
