I'm a big believer that just showing up and putting in a little bit of work consistently is way more effective than going 0-100 in short bursts. Even if it's just 15 minutes a day towards your goal, that's better than doing nothing. When I was learning to code, I'd commit to a minimum of 15 mins of coding practice per day. Some days I'd get in a groove and code for hours, other days I'd just do the 15 and call it a day. But sticking to that minimum helped build the habit.
