I agree it seems completely infeasible for a company to actively monitor the brain data of millions of people 24/7 like the testing scenario. There would need to be some automated way to flag major irregularities requiring human review only when needed.

Bro ofcourse there may be alerts system on some common issues, but it's human body, if 2 people have same symptoms they never ever have same diseases, right. Fever +cough can make a corona patient as well as dengue patient.
