Can somebody say which is better BTech in food technology or BTech in food science or either b.tech in food science exist or it is a BSc course or BSc in food technology exist..

As far as I know B.Tech in Food Technology exists. In these times having a engineering degree is more better than a bsc degree. Engineering graduates are more feasible to migrate to any kind of job if one doesn't get placed in their core.

As far as I searched there is no food science named branch in B.Tech courses list being offered. B.Tech in Food Technology is a good course where you'd learn good amount of knowledge of food processing and food product manufacturing, nutritional values of foods and after the course you might land in jobs as Quality control engineer, Food processing engineer, Product packaging and few other...
