In india where their are wast variety of food and multiple food stall all along the streets, I don't think it can work. better to try in higher margin food products.

Actually people in India finding common food for daily consumption to satisfy their hunger . If you make any thing that full fill their hunger and save thier money and health then people automatically mass consume your product and that's the most basic logic. Why Parel g famous ? Why Maggi famous ? Why chips famous ? Aap ager ak labour hoge ya fir koi 10-20 hazar nokari Wale aadmi ho tum .... 8-9 ghante ki duty ma apko ager kuch Aisa mil Jaye Jo apki pocket ko bhe suit kare or bhook bhe Mita de tho differently aap loge ..... Higher margins product sab log bana rahe ha.

Appreciate you answer. But if we see the main buyers of all these products are basically children's and bachelor's not the labour or lowermiddleclass workers. Even if you want to build a brand you can make something nutritious rich in fiber food for the middleclass worker's and also make money in it as the organic and health market in india is a billion dollars industry.
