India doesn't have enough animators because parents still think cartoon to bache dekhte hai, a lot of professions in India are unexplored because of this same mindset.
Even in India 1 Cr+ houses are lying empty. We have a housing crisis. A lot of NRIs buy in India and then keep the flat vacant. Somebody should solve for these empty flats.

So the lot size for Berkshire is US$50 million.
If same rule applied here, then what will be MRF lot size?
