Suffering with a clear possibility of overcoming it can lead to the development of mature and bold entrepreneurs. Suffering and struggle do create great entrepreneurs, but perhaps only 1 in 10,000 stands out and goes on to build something significant, while the rest are likely to be lost in some way.
