What is creativity? Creativity is the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules and patterns, and to create meaningful new ideas. Creativity is in all of us, we all come in to this world as creative little beings, it just needs a little encouraging. Almost all companies believe there is a strong connection between creativity and business success. People sometimes misunderstand that being different is being creative. Being different is not being creative, creativity must be backed by value. The key to getting into a creative state is completely avoiding any interruptions and giving yourself time to just think and do nothing else. For there to be progress, you must leave room for possibility, speculation, hypothesis and imagination.
