Hey sorry on the late reply, 1. So search optimising is simply SEO, in layman terms just make sure ur profile and page are interlinked and, all the content ur posting being validated at same time ensure the engagements 2. To get engagements post interacting content ( this the thing every person says) as an example often post content which is relatable to majority of the masses 3. LinkedIn algorithm workers different from Instagram / YouTube so you have to know how it works in order to get the best outputs, simply search on YouTube you can get a ton of videos explaining the stuff I can't be more specific because Idk ur page or seen ur content anyways as freind I will be always willing to help 😇
