Since we don't have it, what is the problem in a hiring methodology, specially in tech, where the candidates are screened on the basis of a basic preliminary test and then be given a real world scenario to implement in any or job specific tech stack. The main part being, how good the candidate explains the implementation (cross questioning will swill out frauds, if any). It's quite a genuine concern of mine, have never received a pragmatic, concrete explanation.
