Most of the present bioinformatics companies are of service based which are offering analyses for the data generated by scientists or some institutions. There are few opportunities like: Genomics : 1. Building pipelines for smooth data analysis. (NGS Pipelines too) 2. Affordable genome mapping. (Full human genome mapping) Proteomics: Insilico Drug discovery and testing.
