There are few opportunities like: Genomics : 1. Building pipelines for smooth data analysis. (NGS Pipelines too) 2. Affordable genome mapping. (Full human genome mapping) Proteomics: Insilico Drug discovery and testing. These are few opportunities in the market which majority of the Indian companies are doing and if you want to try new then check out the health care sector in which India is trying for personalized health treatment/ personalized medicine.
