Bruh I think anything below 5000 is great and you will mostly get your seat in vit vellore itself. But may have issues getting in your specific degree. But If you can change it you will get in vellore. Or else in chennai for sure in my opinion. Also pls don't take irrelevant degree to get a seat in vellore only. Trust me chennai is also very great. It is also a great campus and placements will not even a problem. So don't let down to choose chennai if you want the specific degree which you want. All the best.
