Guys! I am pursuing MBA-DM Any suggestions like what to prepare and what i can do in that which help in business.

Approx 2.8 lakhs students appear for CAT exam to get into IIMs for only 5100 seats. Appearing students are increasing year by year but not the seats. Why so many students are going after MBA except from high paying jobs?
