About It • it was founded in California, USA in 2016 by Parker Conrad and Prasanna Sankar • It holds an 8% market share in it's market. What it is • It is a tool for HR to manage employees’ payroll, benefits, devices, and apps. • It is a platform that automates manual work, like onboarding new hires. • The company can set up (or disable) an employee’s payroll, health insurance, work computer, and third-party apps, like Gmail, Microsoft Office, and Slack. Competition Its major competitor are ADP, Workday, Ultimate Software, Ceridian, etc REVENUE In 2023, it made about $100 Million in revenue. It's not profitable FUNDING • It have raised total of $2 Billion in funding from investors like YC and Sequoia Capital. • In latest series F Round it raised $200 million from Coatue at $13.5 Billion Valuation. So what do you think of this?

Really fine tuned, and easy to use. Simplest interface after Zoho. But they have some sus permissions. Weird but they make an administrator profile called “rippling administration” and you’ve to literally reboot your computer or laptop once you uninstall it, say after you exit.
