I don't think anyone reads Blogs today. And there is genuinely a lot of competition. Instead go for making videos and shorts about it

Blogging requires time, consistency and dedication. If you are looking out to start travel blogs it definitely requires you to post out your personal experiences online as people aren’t just looking out for Top 10 places to visit, they are looking out “Top 10 places that you found out as a hidden gem” or places that you can’t commonly find through google listing. For an example, a restaurant listed with 4+ stars on google (Fake reviews) and a crappy taste and you listing out an underrated / underdog which was recommended to you by a local. So all in whole, you require time / dedication / effort / consistency / personal touch. Also a basic knowledge on how to setup a blog on wordpress, basic SEO, Photo editing, Good knowledge of camera angles for good pictures, basic digital marketing etc are your basic tech know hows.

You can but it will take a lot of time and consistency. Like litteraly a lot of time.
