Yea its like an escrow account where the funds will be held until the final settlement. There are some complications based on the indian regulatory body but you need a legal team etc to handle the regulations and guide the team

@medial BUG REPORT The total duration of experience calculated on the profile page is inaccurate. The current algorithm only accounts for the total start and total end date. It does not account for breaks in between (e.g. education).
