Its not possible because institutional investors wants an influx of stock price, which can only happen when stock markets open. They do prefer good volatility, higher market liquidity and volume trades which can happen at the closing and opening hours. Another reason being difficulty in Global trading which happens at working hours of regional stock markets. Crypto exchange is International, and does not have to follow any particular timezone
