What about an EHR system that targets tier 2 and 3 city clinics? pros. Only 25 % of Indian hospitals use EHR, cons. A lot of competition like Docon Practo etc. Any thoughts ..???

Can anyone explain me how can someone who is not from India's top prestigious engineering/ management colleges such as IIT and IIMs but from a 2nd tier college can start a entrepreneurship journey without any mentorship or alumini support ??
One of my brother said that to make a website/ app like - Dream11 or MPL.
When I research on market it's 100+ company available at this time.
So it's a good idea or not ?
