Its missing out on all of it, ulta sending to other places for cheaper, The state has been struggling with poor governance, lack of investment in human capital, and outdated labor laws that discourage businesses from setting up operations there

Bihar could have been a manufacturing powerhouse. Actually initially they were a mineral powerhouse until government implemented freight equalization policy which made it profitable to put industries near coasts. But since then, Bihar has had fair share of I'll politics and hangover of past. Restricting them to spread wings.

The state government needs to work on improving basic amenities, education, and skilling programs to make it an attractive destination for manufacturers. All that is majorly missing.

I agree, but the lack of infrastructure and skilled labor force has been a major obstacle for attracting industries to set up manufacturing units in Bihar.
